* All servers will come with an 8-hour fix or repair on site Mon-Fri unless specified. Desktops will be supplied with the standard on-site warranty and laptops with "return to base" unless specified.
* Additional hardware and software support with TWIN TECHNOLOGY can be purchased using a ticket system please contact us for details
* Systems support can also be arranged to provide optional monthly reports using HP'S world renowned (SIM) system insight manager.
* If a fault is detected on either the server, workstations or laptops Twin Technology can take
relevant action taken to fix or replace item. If an item needs replacing a suitable replacement of similar or higher spec will be supplied.
* If the item has a RTB policy this will be turned around as quickly as possible, or a suitable temporary replacement issued (cost to be agreed under "pricing policy"
