Twin Technology was founded in March 2006 with a simple mission: to provide businesses in Watford and Hertfordshire with honest, expert IT support that genuinely makes a difference to how they operate.

Twenty years on, that mission hasn’t changed — but our capability has grown enormously.

Today we support organisations ranging from small professional services firms to national charities, multi-site businesses and education providers, all from our base in the heart of Watford.

Our Story

Twin Technology was founded in Watford in March 2006. From the start, our focus has been on developing long-term partnerships instead of pursuing short-term contracts.

That approach has meant that many of our clients have been with us for over a decade — some for the full twenty years.

We remain an independently owned and operated business, which means our focus is always on our clients and never on satisfying external shareholders.

Our Team

Twin Technology’s team includes accredited Microsoft engineers, cloud specialists, cybersecurity experts, software developers, and client-facing account managers.

Our engineers hold certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet and other leading vendors. Every client is assigned a dedicated senior IT administrator who takes personal responsibility for their account — you’ll speak to the same person, who knows your systems and your business.

UK-Wide IT Support — Onsite and Remote

We provide onsite and remote IT support to businesses across the United Kingdom. Whether you’re based in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, or anywhere in between, our engineers travel to you. We don’t operate as a remote-only provider — when you need someone onsite, we make it happen.

Based at our Watford headquarters, clients in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and North London benefit from especially fast response times. But distance is never a barrier to hands-on support.
